Job Title: Plumber

Contract: Permanent - Mobile role

Salary: 31,363.00 per year, plus standby payments OTE 36000

Looking to recruit a plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems works around the Ellesmere & Chester area.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs within a social housing setting
• working efficiently and safety in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge
• Skilled workers who hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
• Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
