PLUMBER MULTI SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN CHESHIRE

Job Title: Plumber Multi

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £32,985.00 per annum

Responsibilities For Plumber Multi Role:

Repair/ replace external cold-water gutter and drainage systems. Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems. Locate and repair hot and cold-water bursts. Excavate ground to repair external cold-water supplies & draining systems. Clear blocked drains and toilets. Trace, diagnose & identify faults on hot & cold-water systems

Requirements for Plumber Multi Role:

- Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)

- Competent in all aspects of plumbing trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic properties, ideally Social Housing

- A current driving license is essential.

- CSCS Card

- have asbestos awareness

- own tools
