Support the formulation of data migration plans, including activities such as data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. Work alongside both business subject matter experts and IT teams to define data standards, cleanse datasets, and ensure accurate data reconciliation. Assist in documenting business rules and transformation mappings for data processing tasks. Coordinate rehearsals like mock data loads, manage defect resolution, and obtain business approval. Monitor and record data issues and potential risks using RAID logs and status dashboards. Contribute to establishing long-term data governance frameworks and operational roles. Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to promote data quality best practices.Candidate Profile Previous experience supporting data activities within SAP or enterprise resource planning implementations. Familiarity with key SAP data entities such as master data, financial records, and vendor information. Hands-on knowledge of data migration techniques, including ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation methods. Understanding of data quality principles and governance frameworks. Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business users confidently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently. Experience collaborating with Systems Integrators and internal stakeholders from various departments. Knowledge of SAP migration tools or ETL platform familiarity is advantageous. Exposure to data governance standards, such as DAMA, is a plus.Desired Qualifications Academic background in data management, IT, or related business disciplines.
