What s the Role?

As a Graduate Process Engineer, you ll join a two-year programme designed to help you build expertise in key areas like fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and process modelling. Working closely with industry leaders, you ll develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a cutting-edge environment.

What Will You Do?

During the programme, you ll:

• Rotate through departments such as Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Plant Operations.
• Design and analyse complex systems using advanced modelling tools.
• Take ownership of work packages, delivering essential designs and analysis.
• Provide operational and design support tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in on-site installations, testing, and commissioning of engineering solutions.

What We re Looking For

• MEng in Process Engineering (or equivalent) or on track to achieve one.
• Drive to achieve Chartered Engineer status.
• Interest in design, fluid dynamics, and process modelling.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to travel internationally and expand your expertise.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, or similar software is a bonus.
• Competence with IT tools (Microsoft Office essential; programming knowledge is a plus).

Eligibility requirements

This role requires DV Security Clearance, which takes 6-9 months to obtain for UK passport holders. Don t worry we ll guide you through the process. Due to the Government security clearance requirements for this role, we cannot consider international students or candidates with dual nationality.
