Job Title: Small Works Manager Projects Location: Chester Office (CH1 4NP) Salary: £48,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (office-based with site visits as required) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Small Works Manager to join our Projects Division, overseeing the delivery of HVAC small works installations up to £50,000. The role involves managing projects from survey and pricing through to completion and handover, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in split and VRF air conditioning installation and proven experience managing small-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
