Job Title: Engineering Team Leader

Location: Chester

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Shift: Days

I'm working with a heavy industrial manufacturer looking to recruit an engineering team leader to join their engineering team. You'll be responsible for a team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts, shafts. The role will also involve supporting machinery upgrades, installations, continuous improvement initiatives and wider engineering projects.

Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Experience working within an industrial environment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Worked on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Continuous improvement or project experience.
• Strict compliance management
• Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH
