Do you enjoy helping children grow in confidence and reach their potential? We're looking for caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to support classrooms across Chester.

• Support pupils in lessons so every child can access learning
• Give extra help to children who need it, either one-to-one or in small groups
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom
• Encourage pupils and celebrate their progress

We're looking for experience with children (in schools, nurseries, clubs, or similar) - a bonus, but not essential; a friendly, patient approach and the ability to build strong relationships; team players who are flexible and enthusiastic; commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's well-being
