What Were Looking For:

• Experience in a school environment (secondary preferred)

• Ability to engage and inspire learners

• Minimum Grade 4/C in English, Maths, and Science

• QTS/QTLS (or willingness to work towards it)

• Specialist SEN teaching qualification (desirable)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Knowledge of alternative provision and SEN

• Passion for supporting student wellbeing and success
