Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Ellesmere Port Campus We are seeking an Academic Course Co-ordinator to join our team at our Ellesmere Port Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring person to provide general administrative support to the Services, Engineering and Construction departments, and have an ability to successfully complete tasks to deadline and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show initiative in planning and organising allocated tasks
  • Enter, retrieve and print data using a range of College systems and reports
  • Promote and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons
  • Marketing and promotion of the provision to employer and stakeholders

Key Person Specification Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment
  • Up-to-date occupational experience
  • Enhanced DBS check
