Primary Teacher (Part-Time Maternity Cover) - Fleet, Hampshire

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Fleet, Hampshire. This is a maternity cover position starting in October, working Wednesday to Friday on a long-term basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.

• Track and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and support.

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers on curriculum planning and school initiatives.

• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.

• Uphold the school's values of respect, kindness, and responsibility both inside and outside the classroom.

• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A genuine passion for primary education and nurturing young learners.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

• Previous experience in a primary setting.

• Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.

• Willingness to continue growing professionally and contribute to the wider school community.
