Maternity Cover - January 2025

Academics is working with a secondary school based in Chester who are looking to appoint a Mathematics/ ICT Teacher for a maternity cover.

This is a full-time role and you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics and ICT up to GCSE.

This maternity cover is due to start at the beginning of January 2025.

Your new role

You will be responsible teaching Maths up to GCSE and teaching ICT mainly to KS3 within an excellent community school.

You will need to have recent experience of teaching Mathematics and IT within a secondary school setting and you must have excellent subject knowledge of the current curriculum and be able to motivate and enthuse your pupils by planning and delivering fun and engaging lessons where pupils of all abilities are able to fully access the curriculum.
