  • Has prior experience working with children of varying abilities.
  • Can effectively engage and support pupils inside and outside the classroom.
  • Communicated confidently with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management and a nurturing, patient approach.
  • Follows and upholds school policies including safeguarding, health and safety, and date protection.
  • Delivers curriculum content in a way that inspires and supports progress.
  • Is committed to improving outcomes for all pupils.
