Academics Ltd have been asked by one of our client schools in Cheshire to recruit a temporary Teacher of Art to start in September 2025

The teacher will be required to teach Art to KS3.

The role is expected to be until October 2025 and could be extended.

Daily rate between £150 per day and £224 per day - Dependent on experience

The school is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with a fantastic reputation in the area.

The school are open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECT) as well as experienced practitioners.

Person Specification

• Qualified teacher with QTS or an equivalent qualification
• High standard of subject knowledge
• Experience of teaching KS3, across all abilities
• Professionalism and integrity
• Excellent classroom practitioner
• Ability to inspire in students a desire to learn and participate
• Commitment to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
• A good communicator.
• Work with energy, commitment and good humour.
• Have a passionate commitment to our school's ethos.
• Enhanced DBS
