My client are a leading regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new retail and commercial development being delivered in the North West.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager/ contracts manager.
• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Site supervision.
• Management and supervisory of subcontractors on site.
• Record keeping.
• Progress meetings.
• Task briefings.
• Liaising with the client and main contractor.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Previous experience with bulk earthworks and drainage.
• Full UK driving licence.
