We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor on the behalf of a £850m turnover RC Frame Main Contractor in North Wales.

Projects are based Nationwide.

The role will see the successful candidate report directly to the firm s Commercial Manager, taking full commercial responsibility for high rise schemes each around £50m in value, also supervising the activities of junior staff.

Essential to the role is 10+ years post graduate experience of preparing site accounts and securing payment from main contractors and self build developers.
