Quantity Surveyor -Hybrid (Chester/Home)

Initially, you'll focus on the Grove Crescent project - a 397-bed Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.
- Comprehensive management of subcontractor accounts (payments, claims, variations, finalisations).
- Supporting project teams and overseeing commercial administrative duties.
- Ensuring accurate reporting for expenditure and cash flow.
About You:
You'll be a self-motivated professional with demonstrable experience in commercial management of residential construction projects. An understanding of multi-occupancy buildings is a plus. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to influence decisions are essential. A related HND/Degree or substantial experience is required.
Work Model:
Enjoy a hybrid setup: 2 days per week in their Chester office and 3 days working from home. Expect to attend the London site approximately 3 days per month at peak times.
