Project ManagerConstructionContract Role: February - June 2025

Freelance Project Manager required to finish off 48m luxury apartment village in Chester.

The project is in the final stages and there is approx 100unit over 3 blocks at various finishing stages.

The ideal candidate needs to have experience in apartments or retirement village experience and be able to manage a team of 4 site managers.

The project manager will be required from 17th Feb and the project will run until June 2025.

CIS can be accepted

First Aid, CSCS Card and SMSTS are required.
