R9 Recruitment are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team.

Salary: £800 per week

Your role

  • Remove or relay or lay new, flag work. Undertake small scale groundwork
  • Repair/renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards
  • Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
  • Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
  • Repair/renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
  • Repair/renew timber and UPVC window frames
  • Complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor groundwork activities

What We Need from You.

  • Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable).
  • Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within a social housing environment
  • A current driving licence is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools
