This is a fantastic opportunity to are an independent sustainability consultancy who provide excellent environmental services to a broad range of clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for a Technical Energy Assessor to join their energy team in the offices based in Chester.

Key responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include:

  • Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and assessments
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports and statements
  • Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM59
  • Provide highly technical services and solutions to clients to build and develop working relationships
  • Produce WLCA's using OneClick software for planning stages of construction projects

The ideal Energy Assessor will have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience within a relevant role within the construction industry
  • Proficient with IES software to carry out overheating assessments and operational energy analysis
  • Relevant experience delivering Commercial or Residential EPCs with an NDEA or OCDEA qualification being beneficial
  • It would be advantageous to have experience delivering Whole Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick for construction projects
  • Relevant degree in a energy, sustainability, or engineering field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
