As the Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of landscaping contracts, delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. Collaborating closely with the clients, design team, and workforce, you will be the driving force behind their successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of multiple landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and providing timely reports to the management team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth transition from concept to construction, providing valuable input and feedback during the design development stage.
  • Implement effective project management processes, utilizing industry-leading software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the landscaping, horticultural or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
