Salary: 40-45,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a thriving design and planning practice based in the North West. With a strong pipeline of projects in the housing and education sectors, the practice is looking for a confident individual with several years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a larger architectural practice. This role offers the chance to develop and shape your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on high-quality design and delivery. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Daily Duties:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion
• Prepare and coordinate detailed design and construction drawings in Revit
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to design development and technical delivery
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice

The Ideal Candidate:

• ARB-registered Architect with at least several years of post-qualification experience
• Background in a larger practice preferred
• Strong project experience in either housing or education sectors
• Excellent Revit skills
• Confident communicator with strong coordination and teamworking ability
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage time and deadlines effectively
