Update and develop NRW policy, procedure, process and Operational Guidance notes that covers subject matter. This will also include financial provision coverage for a small number of sites using High Activity Sealed Sources (HASS), as well as Waste Landfills. Confirm what Financial Provision mechanisms would be suitable going forward. Ensure appropriate financial provisions are in place for those permits that have FP condition requirements (satisfy secure, sufficient and available criteria). Review (and revise if appropriate) all landfill expenditure plans across the Landfill portfolio to ensure maximum exposure is covered.
