This role is pivotal in supporting a portfolio of 130,000 corporate mobile devices across 40 countries. Your Role:

As the SMS Assurance Product Manager, you will:

• Enhance SMS Capture Assurance: Drive initiatives to ensure 100% compliance across all captured locations.
• Meet Legal Obligations: Ensure that SMS Capture services align with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Audit Trails: Keep thorough documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Vendor Engagement: Lead collaborations with vendors onboard new SMS Capture products, ensuring global SMS coverage with effective capture controls.
• Define the Roadmap: Craft the SMS roadmap in line with industry standards, adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking a proactive individual with:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile networks, SMS protocols, and capture technologies. Familiarity with vendors like Smarsh and Telemessage is a plus!
• Experience in Monitoring: Proven track record in monitoring and troubleshooting messaging services.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL processes to enhance service management.
• Compliance Savvy: Understanding financial service compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
• Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and report findings effectively.
• Experience with SMS Compliance Capture vendors such as Smarsh, Movius, Telemessage, and LeapXpert.
