We are recruiting a Contract Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Chester! The Role:- Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.
- Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
- Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
- Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
- Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
- Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
- Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
- Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
- Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result.
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Site based
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience within the FM industry is advantageous
- Experience with invoices/raising POs
