Description
As Client Support Team Leader, you will:
- Oversee an administration that supports advisers and liaises with providers
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of all administrative functions within the firm
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy in client records and finance documents
- Develop workflows to maximise administrative processes
- Dealing with escalated administrative issues and resolve them effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and data protection guidelines
Profile
You must have:
- Experience in an administration role ideally in a financial services organisation
- Ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be beneficial
- Experience of product providers would be advantageous
