Fletcher Risk Management is an independent fire safety consultancy. We carry out fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, and fire safety training for a wide range of premises types and clients, including commercial premises, offices, retail, hospitality and hotels, HMOs and residential blocks, care homes and healthcare premises, schools andeducational settings, churches and heritage buildings, warehouses and industrial premises, and mixed-use and higher-risk residential buildings within the scope of the Building Safety Act 2022.

We work with employers, landlords, managing agents, facilities managers, academy trusts, care providers, and hospitality operators. Many of our clients manage multiple sites and rely on us to provide consistent, comparable assessments across their portfolio.

Our geographic coverage spans the North West England, North Wales and West Midlands - particularly Chester, Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Warrington, Crewe, Wirral, Stoke-on-Trent, Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, and Wrexham.
