Staff Group are working with a beautiful hotel in Chester who are looking for a new Food & Beverage Manager to join the team.
- Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
- Salary: Up to 42k DOE
- Location: Chester
- Holidays: 33 days
- Contracted Hours: 45 hours per week.

Brief overview of the role:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the F&B offering within the hotel which includes two restaurants / bars.
- Striving for customer excellence across all F&B areas of the business.
- Working with managers across the business to maximise sales and profitability.
- Purchasing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Positively leading the F&B team and working with the General Managers to train and recruit team members.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a hotel environment is essential.
- Experience of working in a F&B role or similar is essential.
- Excellent IT skills, which will include MS Excel.
- Able to positively manage teams across the business.
- Customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
- Flexibility and reliability are a must.
