Associate Director Project Manager
Role (Hybrid North West)
We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director to take on a leadership role within a reputable and forward-thinking and inclusive organisation. This position focuses on managing and delivering impactful construction projects across the Education, Healthcare, and Custodial sectors.
Package Details:
- Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (negotiable) + Car Allowance: £7,100
- Bonus: 20%
- Total Package: Circa £94,000 - £98,000, plus a competitive benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead lifecycle asset replacement projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to project managers, fostering a high-performing team.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and commercial management.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety, procurement, and operational compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in construction consultancy and JCT contracts.
- A degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM), with a proven track record in project management.
- PFI experience advantage but not essential
